Marty is Amazing!!! Not only did he show us countless number of homes but was very patient with us. After 2 years of owning my house my generator was broken on the day of a hurricane. I would highly recommend Marty, he is so experienced in what he does. He showed us many houses, he was always very patient with all of my unending questions, I was a 1st time home buyer, and didn't really understand a lot of things going on. He helped us through the whole process from looking online all the way thru the closing. He is very knowledgeable and very responsive.

I was fortunate to find Marty after working with another agent who was largely unavailable & felt that I should choose after seeing only 3 houses. I will not buy under that kind of pressure. Marty showed me perhaps 6 or 8 houses total. He is fun & knowledgeable. Within several weeks, we put a contract on a lovely home that closed shortly thereafter. Marty actually performed a miracle for me: he sold my vacation home in Florida in the middle of summer, when there are no buyers around. Now that's a miracle! Marty works hard on his listings, lots of advertising, open houses, and everything he can do to get your property sold and closed. I would highly recommend Marty.
